Alexandra Kleanthous is a Nutritional Therapist and member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). She obtained her Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. In her clinic Alexandra is dedicated to educating others about healthy food and lifestyle choices. Her treatment approach stems from a Naturopathic background which aims to target the root cause of acute or chronic conditions; helping the body to regain health by rebuilding and strengthening its innate natural defences. The tools and resources Alexandra uses are science-based treatment plans that have a proven record and have undergone stringent research. She keeps abreast of the latest developments by attending conferences in the field of nutrition and natural medicine. Her approach as a therapist is down-to-earth, offering advice that is both achievable and effective.
Alexandra has a wide client base that includes both children and adults. She particularly enjoys working with children because seeing a child benefit from nutritional therapy is the most rewarding of all. Alexandra can offer advice on your child’s general nutritional needs, as well as helping children with learning difficulties, ADHD and hyperactivity, to name a few of the conditions Nutritional Therapy can help with. Alexandra also offers pre-conception and pregnancy care.
Some of the other conditions that Nutritional Therapy can help with include impotence, infertility, weight management, PCOS, PMS, difficult menopause transition, depression, poor memory/concentration and stress to name a few.
